This is my second business opportunity with Tricia. The first time was when I purchased the property at 5407 Red Pine Drive. At the time I was living in Chicago. I went to Tricia in a total disarray. Someone had referred me to her. My home mortgage increased dramatically and my best option was to sale. I had relocated to another state, due to military obligations. My loan company was garbage and made it very hard to get anything accomplished. Tricia took this project underneath her wing. She had incredible patience with us to find the right house. Over the course of 1 year and a half she had showed us multiple properties until we finaly found one that met our criteria. She had negoiated a very good price for us. We highly recommend her.
