Tricia Necessary

Tricia was one of the nicest and most courteous realtors that I have ever used. She listened to my needs, was always available, and communicated efficiently. She was patient at all times (when I was not :)) and helped decrease my stress level to a minimum. She knows NWA and all that it has to offer. I would recommend her to any friend or family member. In fact, she will hopefully move my sister to the area next year :)

Tricia was amazing. She stuck with me in my very specific set of requirements for a lot to build our forever home. I went through four other realtors that would just send a few listings then never call back. I never got the feeling she was getting irritated when we looked at property after probably. She was so thorough and fun to go looking at property with. I even recommended her to my mother who also had a great experience with Tricia. If you want someone who wants you to have the perfect home, no matter how long it takes, Tricia is the realtor you want. I’ll use her in the future for any real estate needs.
