Trust, Excellent Communication and Availability

Tricia was fantastic! She was always honest and brought to our attention important issues with homes and did not hide anything throughout the process. The trust that was built gave us confidence when we decided on our future home, that it was indeed the right choice! She made herself available when we came in town numerous times and always had appointments for the homes we really wanted to see. She paid close attention to what we were looking for and did not waste our time on homes we would not be interested in. Because we were from out of town, she took extra time researching issues and visited our future home to take care of necessities like the inspection and follow up repairs after the inspection. She really took care of everything and made the buying experience great!
