Tricia helped the reviewer buy this property

Tricia is exceptional as an agent!

Tricia was there for us every step of the way! We relied on her heavily because we lived in New England while purchasing a home in Punta Gorda FL. Tricia did the walk thru and final and covered every aspect of the purchase like she was buying for herself. We relied on her for getting a contractor and other necessary things to get us started. Great job Tricia! You made our transition great! If you need a realtor in FL when moving from another state, Tricia is the one you need to call. Thanks Tricia! Mike & Kris S.
