Tricia was wonderful to work with, I appreciate that she was patient while working with me as my situation and target location changed over the course of 6 months. She was very knowledgeable about the areas I was searching and diligent in research of the houses I was interested. Once I was asking to make offers, she worked very quickly and I felt I was her focus; communication was never an issue and she kept me informed anytime there was something needed or any updates in the process. I appreciate that Tricia made extra effort for when I was able to view the property and that she did the final walkthrough when I was unable to.
