Purchasing real estate these days is extremely more difficult than transactions my wife and I have done in the past. Thanks to ever increasing rules, regulations and paperwork the need for an experienced, knowledgeable, hard working real estate professional is essential. Tricia was that and more as we negotiated a time sensitive purchase. We battled the incompetence of- the bank we were purchasing the home from, the mortgage company and the title company. ( the lowest point being when the mortgage company requested my wife's death certificate!- she is very much alive and I love her and was not willing to comply). "If it was easy, everyone would do it" is how we summarize our whole experience. It was not easy and don't think it would even be possible without Trisha Jenkins' hard work and expertise.
