Tricia helped the reviewer buy this property

Made the whole process a breeze!

Tricia was amazing to work with! We had her show us a few listings over the past year and even though none of them ended up being exactly what we wanted, she still took the time to check in regularly and send various listings that fit our criteria. Specifically, we were looking for lakefront lots that we could build our own home on. This is not an easy thing to come across so we appreciate that she kept her eyes open even when we had given up. Eventually we came across the perfect fit for us and Tricia wasted no time in reaching out to the seller with specific questions we needed answered before proceeding with our offer. Tricia walked us through the entire process. She has experience with land purchases so she advised us on what to look for and what questions to ask. She provided great communication the entire time and was always very prompt with getting back to us. Thanks again for all your help, Tricia!
