Words are "NEVER" enough to express the professionalism Tricia exercised while selling my property. Ethical standards and values as a Relator is what she upheld and what I experienced throughout the selling process. The level of integrity she operates in is what I’m honored to say I witness first hand. Although I relocated from the Killeen/Fort Hood area to Dallas, the process was smooth enough to make me want to attend the closing so I could physically meet her to say thank you. No I’ve NEVER met her but her track record spoke volumes to me! There are many Relators out there but I honestly don’t think they can compare to Tricia. I was informed about all of my showings, I received weekly reports & phone calls and text messages with the smallest updates. If there was a change or hurdle we encountered, I was always made aware firsthand. Being away made it very challenging but I saw the sacrifice Tricia made even staying “several late evenings” to ensure my property was ready for a Buyer. I feel as a client, everything that I desired for the sale of my property was worth it. After doing my research on the Relators in the area, I know I selected the right individual to market my home. I was pleased to see my home advertised/posted across so many sites. The technology Tricia used to reach potential buyers left a huge impression on me due to the exposure my home gained. So yes, she goes above and beyond! I was satisfied and very impressed, BLESSED, and grateful to find her. You will not have any regrets!!!!
