My husband and I were on the hunt to purchase of first home in Rhode Island during and despite dealing with a global pandemic and a wild housing market, Tricia was there for us as a relator every step of the way. Tricia was very knowledgeable of the housing market here locally and was very patient and answered any/all questions we had regarding our home buying experience. She was accomodating with our schedules when it came time to visit houses and attend showings. I really appreciated that! Also, being new to the area, we will also searching for a reputable lender and Tricia was able to provide us with a couple recommendations as well. Tricia was always responsive and willing to assist however she could throughout the process and am glad we had her in our corner to help navigate this process. We have now been in our home approximately six months and have really, really enjoyed it! I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to her as their relator.
