We interviewed multiple agents and chose Tricia, because she described being able to market our home to a specific niche of buyers. Additionally, she came with a strong team, and we worked often with both Tricia and her associate, Ron. They listed our home while we were on vacation, and we came home to three offers--all at or above asking price. Notably, we were already pushing the limits on comparative sales in our neighborhood. After minimal negotiation, we went with and successfully closed on an offer $5k over asking (and $10k over appraisal with buyer paying the full difference). It's no doubt we were successful due to Tricia, Ron, and their negotiation skills. Tricia and Ron were extremely accessible and made the stress of selling a home (while having a purchase of another home dependent on this one) as minimal as possible.
