I would definitely recommend Tricia to anyone looking to buy. I'm a first time home-buyer and new to the valley, so Tricia was extremely helpful in breaking down all of the loan options and information available to me. She walked me through the entire process and worked hand-in-hand with the selling agent and mortgage broker to secure the best options for me. I could always count on her to be available for a quick chat or showing and couldn't be more happy with the whole process and I'm very excited about my new home!
