Sale of an amazing piece of land - Honest dual agent

This property was a highly desirable lake access property with a lot of interest. We had multiple offers including one with the buyers being represented by Tricia acting as a dual agent. I was very pleased with Tricia in the way she conducted herself in the dual agent role. In the end, we did not go with that offer, but I felt Tricia held the line by properly representing us as well as her buyer.
