We met Trichon when we were looking for a new Property Manager. She was everything you could hope for in a Property Manager: knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to detail. When we decided to sell the property instead of keeping it as a rental, she quickly evaluated the property, gave us suggestions on what to do to make it more marketable, and took care of all the minors details we would be doing if we lived in the area. Once we got a potential buyer, Trichon kept us up to date with the items to be addressed from the house inspection, and professionally handled any issues that came up. She was attentive to our suggestions through the negotiation, and kept us informed almost daily of the status of the potential sale. She is knowledgeable, professional, and still fun to work with. We highly recommend her as a Property Manager or Realtor, and would use her again without a second thought!!
