Trich helped the reviewer buy this property

Great experience overall and a guru in the field!

Trich was referred to me as the best in the market and she sure delivered. As a first time buyer I wasn't sure if purchasing a home was possible as myself and husband both were affected by the pandemic. However, with Trich encouragement we decided to go for it and sure enough we were pre-approved! So the search began for a home and with my selective taste I just knew this journey may take long but contrary we had an offer accepted among many other offers for this home (even in this market) a month later. The goal was to get us a home and stop renting nd Trich worked endlessly to make that happen. Overall Trich was professional, knowledgeable and communicative throughout this whole process and we definitely refer her to others as she was referred to us. Thanks again for everything, my husband and I are officially homeowners!
