I hadn’t met Trich when I first started looking at properties in Florida. However, Trich came highly recommended to me by the mortgage broker I was working with. Let me tell you, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Trich took every one of my phone calls, and answered every text and email I sent her. Trich went above and beyond with going through potential properties and sending me videos of same. She searched high and low and sent me properties all within the perimeters I gave her.
