Good is he is very knowledgeable on the subject of home buying and if it is not a right fit, he will inform, coach and teach. Bad is, if you want something specific and willing to compromise for it, Mr Wesley is a stickler who pushes you to reconsider. A bit sturn in his approach but it comes from a place of care. And the best quality for Mr Wesley is his ability to get you the absolute most out of a deal. We were expecting to spend at least 7-10k at closing and ended up getting a check at closing. Not to say he can do it for everyone but it has been done and I can attest to it. If you select him to be your representative, you can't go wrong.
