Trey has expert knowledge of the Austonian and he worked hard to protect our interests in making an informed offer for the property. In this particular case, he was instrumental in getting us protected for future work required in the building. I would strongly recommend Trey anytime someone is looking for an Agent that will look out for you. One example of his professionalism that impressed me was the fact that he pushed a unit listed by a competing agent over his own listing.

Overall very good experience. Trey was very professional and responsive and was able to quickly identify a potential buyer that ultimately purchase the home in a fairly quick manner given the slower market.
