Trey McCallie did an excellent job marketing and selling my farm property in Bourbon County. It sold in less than anticipated time for more than the property appraised. In addition, Trey helped me locate a property to purchase in Lexington, and we were able to complete the closing in less than 30 days enabling me to avoid additional moving and rental fees. He was very responsive to showing me properties I was interested in seeing with very short turn around times. This allowed me to maximize my search in a short amount of time. Overall, the experience could not have been better.
