I don't have enough kind words to say about Trey McCallie. He's a stand up guy with great character and he works hard for his clients. We were moving from Kentucky to Indiana and wanted someone we could trust to leave our property to if we needed to move before our house sold. Well, Trey sold our house in 24 hours for over asking price. We never needed to leave our house to anyone but the new owner. It truly was a stress free sale and with 3 small children! I highly recommend him, I wouldn't use anyone else!

Trey McCallie did an excellent job marketing and selling my farm property in Bourbon County. It sold in less than anticipated time for more than the property appraised. In addition, Trey helped me locate a property to purchase in Lexington, and we were able to complete the closing in less than 30 days enabling me to avoid additional moving and rental fees. He was very responsive to showing me properties I was interested in seeing with very short turn around times. This allowed me to maximize my search in a short amount of time. Overall, the experience could not have been better.

Trey has a very calm demeanor and at one point when I had a meltdown with other issues he just laid low and managed the purchase while I got myself back on track!! He doesn't get ruffled over anything and as a result our purchase was issue free and we couldn't be happier with our new home!! Trey goes above and beyond the normal scope of any real estate agent i have ever come across. He made the experience of buying a house while out of state a pure pleasure. He took care of inspections and over seeing my new flooring while i was in NY. He got me a fantastic deal on my house.
