Trey really impressed us when we first met him. His knowledge of the area, tennant screening, problem solving associated with rental homes, dealing with non-performing tennants, his realestate knowledge of the local area, experience with the selling process, and his guidance as we went through our house selling period has been beyond comparable! We had to make some key decisions in these years and although somewhat painful to hear the truth of reality from him ended up being the best in the long run. Trey has tremendous knowledge of how to price and prep houses for the ortega real estate market. He identified the work that needed to be done on our home, helped us find contractors, took care of photos and other details to get our home on the market.
