I would HIGHLY recommend Trey for anybody looking for a house, especially first time home buyers. This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to do or where to start. Trey has a lot of experience and knows a great deal of information. Trey helped us so much through this process.. even if we didn’t fully understand a piece of information, he didn’t mind explaining it to us again or rewording it to ensure we knew what was going on every step of the way. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

Trey was always prepared with the information we needed to to make an informed decision and knows the area well. He would meet us on short notice to view properties given our time constrains. After we made and offer Trey was very pro active in getting all necessary information so as to close in a timely matter. This was important to us because just moved to Virginia and would have homeless if this purchase didn't close on time.

Trey has knowledge and skills most people don't even know about. His contacts and knowledge at recommending approaches to problems made this go faster than should have been possible.
