We first engaged Chris in January 2023 as we had two homes that needed to be sold. After lengthy discussions with Chris we decided to use him as our agent. Chris is an "old school" relator who shows up at every showing to answer any questions on our behalf for any prospective buyer. Our first home sold as soon as it was put on the market; however, the second home was a victim of interest rate increases and inflation. We did sell the home, but it took four months to sell our home. Even though selling the second home took longer than we would have liked, Chris continued to work hard to get it sold.
