His knowledge of the area, the construction and issues with holes and land, the perks and hidden amenities of the area, and the pricing of houses over the years is an amazing tool at helping select a home and location. He is incredibly responsive and transparent in his communication. He works with lenders and breaks down anything you may need into language that you can understand. His personality is beyond friendly and he makes you feel welcomed into a community of the valley and a sense of humor that can defuse even the most stressful parts of home buying. The public servant discount was easy to navigate with him and he was always informative on what that would look like from house to house and deal to deal. He was a wealth of knowledge on local providers ( inspectors mortgage brokers appraisers etc. ) that knew their stuff.
