I had been trying to sell my home for aprox. 5 years and when my current contract expired. my home was going through the foreclosure process and I was fed up with the lack of response and the entire process. The only reason Trevor and I met was that he took the initiative to research my property, compile a solution, with his credentials, resume and references and deliver them in person as a cold call to my front door as opposed to the traditional mailings phone calls etc. Finally, here he was someone who was not afraid to roll up his sleeves and actually work to sell my home as apposed to throwing it on the MLS and hope for the best.
