Trevor Alwan

I hired Trevor as a listing agent for my mother's house. This was not a typical listing as the house and property were very unique. My mother has dementia so her house was a mess. There also was a rather large reverse mortgage to deal with. I believe Trevor realized I was overwhelmed with the amount of things that would need to be done before listing her property. He spent a lot of time with me prioritizing tasks and he stayed in almost daily contact with me, helping me remain focused, upbeat and not overwhelmed. He really surprised me with the amount of things he helped me with - he definitely was a life saver! His level of dedication is amazing. I also found Trevor to be a wealth of knowledge and his ability to "think outside the box" was impressive. I can't say enough good things about Trevor. He definitely went above and beyond the typical Realtor duties and not only sold my mother's house for a great price, but he also saved my sanity. I am so thankful for everything Trevor did for me.
