Finding a new home is not an easy process especially when relocating from the west coast to the east coast. Trevin is amazing, I am so grateful to have worked with him. Our journey started as we connected while I still lived in Arizona. He helped me neighborhood shop which meant touring an endless amount of houses. His patience, knowledge of the area and directness is exactly what led us to my dream house. Once he felt like he really knew me, he built a tour with 3 amazing options and I ended up choosing one that spoke to so many things I kept saying throughout the journey. I really found the perfect house and it was thanks to him! He answered so many questions. He showed me some great places to eat. He made himself avaliable as much as possible. He stood up for me when something didn't seem quite right. Ultimately, he made sure I was ready to take on Florida living as a whole! Not only do I have a reliable realtor, but he is family now. Trevin is by far the best realtor that I've ever had. I used him to purchase a home in Florida and I was coming from upstate New York. He was extremely supportive and informative. He was professional and always willing to answer any questions I had, and he was always willing to give his input based on his experience but never pushed for anything if there were any concerns on my part. He went above and beyond what I believe to be standard practice and because my move was a bit sudden he even went back to my home for me to check on things and ensure I didn’t miss anything. The things I did miss he even helped me take care of in my absence to get the house ready for sale. The mix of professional and personal approaches made for a much easier experience!
