Motivated and incredibly hard working agent

Trevia represented us as a sellers agent when we sold our house in Charlotte. At the time we listed, we had already moved 2 hours away and the house was empty. At our first meeting Trevia helped us identify what we needed to get done to prep the house for the market. For the items that required work, she provided recommendations for subcontrators. All of the subcontractors she recommended were excellent and their prices were competative. After the house was ready, Trevia arragnged for staging to take photos. The photos were amazing and highlighted the best features of our house and yard. She agressively marketed the house and set up three days of open houses the first week it was on the market. From that point onward, we had continuous traffic of interested buyers viewing our house.
