Trent Gladstone and his team worked for us as a well run machine. In interviewing Trent, he explained thoroughly his process of how to sell our house. Everything he said that would happen, did happen— from the staging recommendations, to the photography, to the showings, to the presentation of the contracts, to the interval time, to the closing. He and his associate, Sarah, was always available to answer questions, no matter how little. The sale price was above expectations, and was done in a most professional and respectful way.
