Trent Boarnet

My partner and I found the house of our dreams (on Zillow!), but as a first time home-buyer I had a ton of anxiety about navigating this complex process about which we knew so little. Having someone to represent our interests seemed wise, and since Trent was a friend of mine before he was a realtor I knew his integrity could be counted on. I certainly wasn't disappointed. We bought an older home, and Trent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to understanding the inspection report, what we should worry about vs. what's just part of having an older home, etc. When the seller engaged in some flakey shenanigans, Trent and the team at Keller Williams helped us to understand our options and worked to keep the deal on track. I don't think we would have completed the purchase with sanity intact without Trent's help, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
