I wanted to share with everyone an experience that I recently had with Trella. I purchased my last house from Trella about 13 years ago. I recently was looking at possibly purchasing another home and decided to call her up again. Immediately she remembered who I was and asked about my family and how everyone was doing. She remembered who I was, what my occupation was at the time of my last purchase, details about my wife, children, parents and siblings. We had a personal conversation even before I had the opportunity to ask my question. I explained that I was looking to buy a family members home and that I was interested in knowing what the market was like now in order to sell my current home as well. She was very knowledgeable about the current and historical trends and was more than happy to provide analysis on the potential purchase that I wanted to make. In the end, I decided not to make that particular purchase, but, advised her that I am still interested to make a purchase in the next 6 months and would be calling her at that time. I’m writing this review, because, in this day and age where things can be done online and sometimes the buyer can get themselves in trouble by either 1. Not knowing all the ins and outs of the realty business or 2. Facing heavy pressure from a sales person and then later regretting the purchase or worse having the house repossessed, it is reassuring that Trella had my best interests in mind FIRST. Buying a house is such a HUGE investment and knowing that I can go to Trella anytime for questions, advice and ultimately to purchase a home, gives me piece of mind.
