As a former agent myself from a day long past I can say Treasure is a very rare find. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, caring (YES! I SAID CARING! which is very rare amongst the wolves in sheeps clothing as most so-called "agents" are.) She even actually has a real sense of humor and is very friendly.
