Travis made the first-time home buyer process incredibly easy for me! The thing I respected the most was how prompt he was with getting back to me on any questions I had. His availability throughout the nights and weekends was a huge plus for someone like myself whose job controls a lot of their time during the week. Travis was a tremendous help in selling my home. He was a point of contact from the beginning as he provided suggestions in regards to paint colors as well as certain updates I planned to complete before listing my house. The very first thing I noticed working with Travis is his phenomenal customer service! He was extremely responsive and very quick to get back to me with every single question that I had regardless of the time of day. There was times I would email him questions and properties I was interested in late at night and he always got right back to me. Also, because of my demanding work schedule I could only see properties very early in the morning or during the evening. This was never an issue for Travis and he told me numerous times his clients are his everything and to never worry about having a complicated schedule. He always had a smile on his face even at a 7:00 AM showing we had because I had to be into work early. Travis is extremely knowledgeable and definitely does his research on every property we looked at, he is always prompt and on time and I noticed at a few open houses that we went to that he is also great with kids and they absolutely love him! It was truly an amazing experience getting the opportunity to work with Travis and I know my friends and family are going to enjoy working with him as well!
If you ever need an agent who will go out of their way to accommodate your hecktic schedule and always go the extra mile to make sure every detail in your request for a home and or rental is met Travis is your guy. I work crazy hours and needed to do showings for rentals I was looking for in the Central West End area either early in the morning or late and night and Travis was always able to accommodate me. The very first day I sent him my credentials of what I was looking for and my price ranges and he had four properties ready to show me within the hour. Working with Travis was such an easy and pain free experience. He made sure I understood everything in my contract and went through it with me page by page.
