We do not currently live in Jacksonville so our home purchase was done long distance with Travis working with our friends who used him for their home purchase a couple of years ago. With his extensive knowledge of the local area, he was able to negotiate a lower price, even after the sellers dropped their asking price. The sellers did not want to include a ceiling fan in the back patio, and Travis negotiated that into the deal before we even had a chance to ask him to do it. Travis was able to get the sellers to agree to all of the repairs he felt were necessary, and his past experience in the construction business was an added benefit when he was looking at the condition of the home. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process, and he was responsive to our questions no matter what the day or hour. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in the Jacksonville or nearby area.
