Examples of this would be Travis's site where we could use our criteria to select homes to look at and 'heart' the ones we wanted to go see in person, Travis picking us up and driving us around the county to look at our selections, giving us the choice to walk through the home by ourselves or with him (we would always choose to have Travis with as his wealth of knowledge was incredible valuable as he would point out things in each house that we overlooked).
