This sale took REAL SKILL to close! My former landlord inherited this home through his family's corporation and offered to sell to me. I initially thought I might complete the process on my own, but I was WRONG. I was in deeply over my head and quickly learned I needed a well-experienced professional! I live in Colorado and wanted to expand my portfolio into real estate. I was new to this type of investment and didn't know exactly where to start. I called Travis based on his amazing reviews, he does NOT disappoint. He took the time to explain some of the investor pitfalls and directed me on how to proceed. He set me up with financing, took me on remote showings, and negotiated a sweetheart of a deal. His only requirement was that I come down, at least once, and see it live before I buy. This is the only time I ever personally saw my investment, LOL. After I purchased it, Travis helped to get it rented fast. When I decided to sell, he supervised a High-End / Low-Cost Rehab, and Sold it quick for MAX Dollar. This investment a nice profit in my pocket and the only thing I’ve had to worry about is what to do next with all of the profits.
