We had Travis as our realtor for selling our home in Thornton and buying our new home in Fort Morgan. From the start, he was great with communication and he clearly knew the market. He was always responsive to any of our questions and was very patient. I also appreciated that my wife always felt comfortable around him. Our new home had some things to figure out and Travis was great at helping us with that. For example, setting up people to inspect our septic system, radon test etc. I was glad for his connections with people. It made life easier when finding a plumber etc. When it came to negotiation with the buyer and seller, he was a pro and our fiduciary. He made several trips to Fort Morgan on our behalf, it was very helpful and much appreciated. Overall, Travis checks all the boxes for a great realtor. At the conclusion of us selling and buying, we are happy with both deals. We are grateful for our experience with him and we will certainly be recommending him to friends and family!
