In one of our transactions, I had initially listed the property, (50 acres) with another realtor. I received only a few inquiries and no offers. After Travis took over, he advised that we divide the property and sell it in smaller parcels. He offered suggestions regarding the size and location of the smaller parcels and followed up with the appropriate listings. Quickly, offers began to come in. Long story short, all of the parcels were sold in a reasonable time and I came away with more money that I initially expected. I highly recommend Travis if you need to either buy or sell property.
