Travis made the home-buying experience FANTASTIC for my wife and me. From the first time we met to discuss our goals, to the extensive results from the inspection, and all the way through to closing, Travis provided us with his abundant knowledge of the Phoenix housing market and his effective negotiating power to make sure we got the best deal on our new home. Travis said from the beginning that there would be unexpected surprises in the process, and he was right. When we made our initial offer on the home, the seller responded with a request for the highest bid because they received multiple offers. Travis helped guide us to an offer that we were comfortable with and that was ultimately accepted. When we had the home inspected, there were several items that needed repaired or replaced on our home, one of which being the roof. Travis worked to see that we got all the items fixed, including a full roof replacement. Finally, during our final walk through the day before closing, we noticed some repairs did not meet our expectations. Travis was in contact with the seller immediately to make sure everything was perfect by the time we closed the next day. We were able to meet every challenge with Travis's experience and advice. He provided extensive details about each step and we were able to make decisions with confidence in knowing all the facts. As I sit here in my new home looking back on the process, I am extremely thankful to have chosen Travis to work with.
