Travis worked for my family in 2007 and sold my uncle’s Ellsworth home fairly quickly. Knowing how happy my aunt was with his efforts, in 2016 we asked Travis to help us sell our land parcel near Mariaville. The photos he took of the property showed it to its best advantage. The sale presented some last-minute, serious complications that were resolved only because of Travis’ personal efforts with the buyer and his negotiating skill. Having sold our land, later in the year we were ready to buy a home in town and never had a moment’s hesitation about who we would choose as our buyer’s agent. For each of the properties we chose to view, Travis gave us complete information and walked with us each step of the way, never asserting an opinion but making, now and then, some experienced remarks. When we made our selection, Travis researched the property’s history, checked with us on our wishes, and then ran with the ball until we had a signed contract ... to the great satisfaction of both parties. Our interests were, throughout the process, his top priority. We had the usual questions and requests during the process that seemed, at the moment, rather petty, but Travis never made you feel there were any stupid questions or any concern too insignificant. On the day of closing, Travis did a walk-through of the house with me and even gave me a ride to the bank! Thank you, Travis Coffin, for your professional experience and personal concern!
