Hands down the most talented agent there is. This is clearly not a job for Travis but rather a personal quest to be the best that he can be at representing his clients. I can't think of a single way that he could improve on what he does. To summarize my experience he sold my place in Boston well above asking price after the first open house, found a rental contact for me when I relocated to San Diego, and put me in touch with a local buying agent when I was ready. Since my place went on the market during my relocation he made sure that all loose ends and paperwork were tied up in Boston so I didn't have to come back for anything. And any time I had any questions he responded, not exaggerating, within probably 2 minutes either with the answer to my question or an emailed pdf of any paperwork that I requested. Rarely do I place so much trust in someone with such a big decision as selling my place but I quickly had full confidence in anything that he suggested. I wish I could have Travis with me for every house that I sell or buy. I've been spoiled in that I'll never be able to work with an agent that lives up to Travis, he's the gold standard.
