Carolyn had several issues to deal with doing this sale...another agent...buyers from out of state and lack of land surveyors. She stayed focused and encouraged us when we got frustrated and discouraged. Highly recommend her.
One of the first thing I realized was the knowledge she had regarding previous sales that helped me set the selling price of my property. Second, my home is older but has recently been renovated. In my mind it was finished but, other eyes showed me features that might need repair. Everything regarding the sale was handled very professionally. My home was sold on the second day listed. I would definitely use these agents again. But if I was to start this adventure again I would contact my agent for remodel suggestions before the work was started. They have knowledge that would have been very helpful and possibly increased the selling price. My suggestion is use a realtor. You may think the cost is high but it’s worth every penny.
It was a long ride with us however we did get it done. Travis never gave up on us. So we’re moving from California to Arkansas so please keep this in mind. Our story starts with being referred to him by another realtor in Gravete,AR. He didn’t service the Harrison area so I gave Travis a call. From the first call he was super excited to work with us. We never stepped foot onto any property tell week or so to closing. We had Travis checking houses for us and video taping and sending those to us. He wasn’t quite an expert in the filming industry (lol). However he was an expert in pointing out details and we put in an offer on one of those houses. Yes we bought a house off pictures and videos. Today our house closed in Arkansas and we are super excited to have got to work with Travis
Travis is the most upbeat and wonderful person. Always willing to do whatever it took to help us, this process was far from easy and he never gave up on us! Carolyn was the sweetest woman so friendly and helpful. Such a blessing to be able to work mother and son.

If I'm being honest, I am not easily impressed. The decision to sell my home was not an easy one. Travis was easy to work with, he was honest and relatable. He made this process stress free on my part. His sixteen years of experience is showcased while you walk down the dreaded buying/selling road. I know we have a lot of great realtors in this small town But, I can't say it loud enough.. Choose the Weichert Team!!! My Husband and I are not easy to work with and Travis seemed to do so effortlessly. He really got to know who we are and what we like.. That in itself is IMPRESSIVE. Thank you for your patience. If you are looking for the all around best, look no further. Travis and his team are on top of their game. From the selling of our home to the purchasing of our new home.
