Let me just start off with this was the fastest longest sale of our property, Trevelle first contacted me through a referral from a friend of my brother’s and he was not pushy or sales pitchy (not a word) at all. He didn’t try to over sell our property by trying to list it way over the market price like other realtors we interviewed. He was clear and concise. I told him that we weren’t ready to sell at the moment due to moving out of state and our older kids were going to stay there until they found their own apartments, he understood that, I told him he could reach out to us again in about 5 months and that’s exactly what he did. When we were finally ready to list our property, Trevelle was right there ready to help us from the beginning, he has this attention to detail like no other, he was able to see details hired contractors missed so that they were rectified before final payments were made. Trevelle goes above and beyond what’s expected from a realtor, which puts him in a class above the rest. Because of his gold standard and amazing team, our property went under contract within two weeks of listing, and Trevelle did all of this while we were living in another state. I highly recommend Trevelle and his amazing team with any real estate needs, big or small, he will treat any transaction with the same gold standard.

Travell worked with my husband and I remotely while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout our rapport. We searched online for months and Travell would attend open houses on our behalf and send thorough videos. After roughly 15 house visits, we found our new home and T made sure everything was completed as per contract. Travell went above and beyond during the sale of our property. Without his assistance we would still be trying to sell our house. After being on the market with another agent for more than 6 months with no movement, we decided to find a new listing agent. Fate smiled on us and Travell called. We had spoken to 6-10 agents and had not found an agent who would be sensitive and responsive to out unique situation (military assigned out of the area) and willing to accept the extra responsibility our situation placed on them. A second phone call with Travell made our decision to move forward with easy. His understanding of marketing principles, willingness to go the extra mile, and outstanding communication were just a few of the attributes that Travell brought to the table. During the process he maintained a positive attitude and willingly went out of his way to visit the property and supervise the various contractors, handymen, and trades persons. Without his assistance our home would still be in the process of repairs…or worse just sitting on the market under a real-estate agent who did not have the integrity or experience to understand the situation and develop a way forward.
