I had the pleasure of working with Trang last year to sell two of my condos, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and professional, coordinating contractors to help get the places ready for sale and keeping us updated every step of the way. One of the things that stood out to me the most about working with Trang was her responsiveness. She always made herself available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had, which made the process much less stressful. My wife and I found Trang online googling for an honest and available realtor. Trang was very quick to respond and throughout our buying, selling, and building process, she advocated for our needs while explaining the process in appropriate depth; if we wanted to understand a particular concept in greater detail she would take the time to ensure we were as prepared and confident any particular topic prior to moving forward. We cannot recommend Trang enough. She is thoughtful, caring, and reasonable. Trang even brought in her personal interior designer friend to sit in our design phase of the building process at no cost to ensure we had a professional lens to bounce ideas off of. Overall our experience with Trang was phenomenal and we would definitely use her again in the future!
