Tracy Woodrum is an outstanding agent that I would highly recommend to anyone who cares about getting a real estate transaction done professionally. I was extremely particular about how my house was to be sold and Tracy handled the sale of my house exactly as I asked. Her attention to detail is excellent and her followup on every aspect of my sale was absolutely outstanding. She worked tirelessly on my behalf to make certain that everything was done properly and that no detail was left undone. All of my previous experiences with real estate agents in Grosse Pointe were terrible but Tracy was exceptionally different in every way. She is professional, respectful and listens to her client. Tracy was our listing agent when selling our home and represented us when buying our new home. Our experience with Tracy was at times very stressful and unfortunate. Her tone and demeanor were often very hostile and argumentative. Not the exceptional customer service that she promises to her clients. Her style is to bully, steamroll, and pressure those around her into doing what she wants and then to blame everyone else but herself when things go wrong. She repeatedly pressured my husband and I to take money from our 401k to make the deal work. She pressured us to submit to our buyers demands for thousands of dollars towards unnecessary repairs on the house instead of negotiating the best deal for us. When there was doubt about whether or not our house would appraise for our list price, she blamed us for choosing the list price, when she was the one who chose it, not us. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism toward our loan officer was egregious and caused so much angst and stress for my husband and I. She blamed him for things beyond his control, bullied him, and demanded he make a specific close date work, saying it was for our benefit when we told her repeatedly that we were not concerned about waiting a little longer for a close date. We eventually had to take matters into our own hands and have her stop communicating with our loan officer and had to call her agency to have another agent step in at the last minute. Do not recommend.

Tracy did a fantastic job selling my home. The pictures looked great, she communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and set clear expectations on how the transaction will go. She's very professional and responds to all inquires rapidly. Would recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
