When I called her about selling my property, she wasted no time getting it on the market. Tracy had her professional photographer take exceptional pictures of my home, including drone shots, and made a high quality brochure to present to prospective buyers. She scheduled an open house right away and had an offer, over the asking price, on the first day! We accepted the deal and Tracy made the closing go flawlessly.
