I have nothing but good things to say about Mr Winkelman. He actually picks up the phone in a very sweet, kind, patient, and professional way. Unlike other realtors that only turns on their voice mail and just wait for the sale/money to come in. He will put all the pictures you provide him and an excellent sales pitch that buyers won't want to miss out on. He's website is so eye catching, it's literally blinking "pick me...pick me". He is not only my realtor, but my advisor he guides me in the right path and have many more properties under his wings. If you choose Mr Winkelman know that you are well taken care off!!
