Tracy and her team go above and beyond. She will give you honest feedback of what you can expect through the whole listing process. The automated DocuSign plus home by showing app is very helpful, informative and time saving. One of the biggest bonuses was the fact that she staged our home beautifully to help with showings, as we had to move to our new location during the listing process. If there were any questions we had she would respond in a prompt and timely manner. Tracy and her team are exceptional agents, that we would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Do it right the first time and call Tracy's team.

Tracy and Liz and the rest of the team all made us feel like we were their number one priority. They went out of their way to work towards getting us in to see homes. They got to know us as people and could even anticipate what homes we would like or not like or maybe would even try. The paperwork wad even made super easy. Tracy’s team just knows the business inside and out and you couldn’t ask for a better realtor and team to be on your side when looking or selling a home.

I can’t express how amazing, personable, and helpful Liz, from Tracy’s Team, is. Being young first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing. Liz made the entire process so much smoother, easier to understand and was there to answer every question, concern, etc. Liz went above and beyond for us and I can’t say enough kind words to describe how awesome she is. I 100% recommend her for buying/ selling. I will definitely be using her as our agent again in the future!

I have known Tracy for close to 18 years. I have worked with her and her team on both sides, buying and selling. She is awesome. She is very professional and really knows the real estate business. She puts her all into everything she does. She is very energetic and gets things done. I would highly recommend Tracy and her team.

Deep knowledge of local markets. Treats clients with respect and empathy. Takes the time to LISTEN to her clients concerns and needs; nothing is too trivial. Her support staff is exceptional also for the same reasons. Found her very responsive. Has sold at least 4 rental homes for the family over the years and her service was always exceptional. Wouldn't use anyone else to buy/sell anywhere.

Truly a terrific agent. Tracy’s team and Tracy provided me with everything I needed and more. The house was staged and was shown early on to some eager buyers. Once the offer was done the subsequent inspections occurred quickly and to everyones satisfaction. Thank you so much.

Quick to respond and very knowledgeable of the area. They were able to find me the perfect mortgage company to fit my needs during these troubled times with Covid-19. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Second property we’ve worked with them on, that right there should speak volumes. They worked tirelessly to make it a smooth and easy experience. They look after your best interests and have the experience to make sure the unexpected surprises (if any) that can occur in the home buying process are kept to a minimum. I can’t recommend them enough.

The Tracy Wilson and Amy Lane team has been amazing through this process. When I called Tracy just a few weekend ago and told her we wanted to purchase a new home within days she had personally come to our house and sat down to go over options. Within the next week our house was on the market with our new build under contract as well. 24 hours after going on the market our current house was under contract. I cannot express how amazing this team is. To sell our house within 24 hours was amazing!!. I don't think any other team would have supported us the way that they did. Now they continue to stay in touch with us through the closing process to make sure that everything is going smoothly and that we understand all processes.

Tracy is fun, energetic, HONEST and her knowledge of the forever changing housing market is undeniable! Tracy has a excellent eye for detail and is the best advocate for her buyers and sellers. Tracy has been my go to for 15 years for my real estate needs and the person I always refer family and friends to.
