I am thoroughly happy with my choice of Tracy to purchase my new home!

Tracy worked with me to both sell my previous home and purchase my new home. I am SO VERY happy that I chose Tracy to work with as I honestly don't know if I could have made it through the ordeal had I chosen anyone else. I am extremely happy with my new home and Tracy was so very helpful in keeping communication open from the title agency. Tracy is very knowledgeable and professional. I would use her again though I do hope that this will be my last move.

Going the new build route wasn't initially on your radar due to not wanting to lose mature trees and landscape but the pro's definitely outweighed the cons!!
