She let people in to do work in the condo; painting and carpet installation, coordinated the removal and installation of appliances. She even picked out appliances for us since we couldn't be there. All in all over 10 months she went over and above to help us repair and sell the condo. This could have been a disaster trying to do all this ourselves while being 2000 miles away.
