Tracy has helped me and my family twice over the past couple of years. We bought and sold our house. She is absolutely fabulous! A couple of examples? The county had old records on our home and Tracy kept pushing them to update so that the correct number of square feet would show. The county was very slow and cumbersome to deal with, but Tracy kept pushing them for weeks until they had finally given in and done their job. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with, because we were undecided for a long time but Tracy had the stamina to keep on going and even soothed our nerves as necessary. When we sold our house, she was able to negotiate a better deal than we had anticipated. Needless to say that she is on top of all the latest rules and regulations, which made us feel safe and in good hands from a legal perspective.
